Thomas W. Kelly
As President and CEO of Deligo Technologies,
Tom Kelly brings over sixteen years of experience
in manufacturing and industry sales, marketing, consulting
and executive management. His current focus is on
bringing Iced*CAD to
a wider marketplace, as the company expands its presence
to Fairmont, West Virginia. Before coming to Deligo
Technologies,
Kelly served as a consultant for IBM and director
of marketing for Invetech Co., a $330 million bearing
and power transmission distributor. He received his
MBA from the University of Michigan and his Bachelor
of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson

Arthur Carlucci
Art Carlucci is Deligo Technologies' vice
president and general manager, heading up the company's
new office in Fairmont, West Virginia, in the heart
of the state's "Technology
Corridor." In
his position, Carlucci manages the process of establishing
and implementing each client's vision for the success
of Iced*CAD,
from initial concept to software development. Carlucci
received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering and
Bachelor of Science degree in business administration
from Clarkson University.
