EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Deligo Technologies worked with Pfingsten Publishing to a) take two popular trade magazines online; and b) become the conduit website to connect all people involved in the maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) industry's supply chain worldwide.

CHALLENGE
The sheer size of the MRO industry made the creation of a one-stop resource for all of the organizations involved in it an extremely daunting task. The site not only had to ooze with professional excellence, but it also had to be a solid source of revenue for Pfingsten Publishing. It had to make companies want to pay to make the site part of their ongoing sales and marketing effort.

RESULTS
Today, Pfingsten Publishing's banner publications - MRO Today and Progressive Distributor - are fully functioning portals for the industry. Not only do the sites reach end-users, distributors and manufacturers with updated, must-read content on a daily basis, they also serve as a driving force to connect buyers and sellers. This has helped them increase their subscriber base, and therefore, their advertising rates.

Deligo Technologies' Content product was implemented on a grand scale, allowing sellers to instantly update their own information in the product showcase and industry directory, and allowing purchasers to find, select and buy the right product or service instantly. In other words, the site not only creates a profit for Pfingsten, but also for its supporters. It took e-commerce to the next level for an entire industry.

The MRO Today and Progressive Distributor sites were given "Best of the Web" awards by the National Association of Purchasing Management; and recognition from the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors, both of which led to a contract for Pfingsten to create sites for both the American Supply and Machinery Manufacturers Association and the Industrial Distribution Association.
